Jack, we are in the desert for the winter, and we have cut our ties with Washington State and have moved to Wyoming for the summers.  I have lost total faith with Washington State and its politics and politicians, both Rs & Ds.  There will need to be a major recession in Washington State before much changes.  Good luck with your battle, but I am afraid it was lost ten years ago when it could have been stopped.  There is way too much apathy when times are good and western Washington has seen many years of good times.
